How to take this drug

Adults usually start with 75 mg taken twice daily (morning and night), with or without food. Your doctor may increase it gradually up to 300 mg twice daily depending on your condition. Swallow the capsule whole with water — do not open or chew it. Always follow your doctor's exact instructions.
