  • You experience sudden, severe pain in your chest or stomach that feels like a heavy weight or pressure.
  • You have difficulty speaking or swallowing, or you notice a change in your voice.
  • You have a fever over 38°C (100.4°F) and severe pain or numbness in your hands or feet.
  • You have difficulty breathing or feel like you're choking, especially if you have a history of nerve damage or neuropathy.
