This is a topical pain-relief gel that combines four active ingredients: diclofenac (an anti-inflammatory painkiller), capsaicin (a natural pepper extract that creates warmth to ease pain), menthol (gives a cooling sensation), and linseed oil (helps soothe and moisturize the skin). Together, they work by reducing swelling, blocking pain signals, and improving blood flow to the affected area.
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes to reduce prostaglandin-mediated inflammation and pain, while capsaicin depletes substance P in sensory neurons and menthol activates TRPM8 cold receptors to provide topical analgesia; linseed oil enhances skin penetration and reduces irritation.

If you forget to apply the gel at the usual time, just apply it when you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply double the amount to make up for the missed dose.
