Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes (aceclofenac) to reduce prostaglandin-mediated inflammation and pain, while methyl salicylate and capsaicin act as counter-irritants by activating TRPV1 receptors and increasing local blood flow to promote analgesic effects; linseed oil provides emollient and anti-inflammatory support through omega-3 fatty acids.

If you forget to apply the gel, simply apply it when you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, just skip and continue your normal routine. Do not apply double the amount to make up for a missed dose.

Do not apply near your eyes, nose, mouth, or private parts, as the capsaicin will cause serious burning.
