How to take this drug

Adults usually take 1 capsule or tablet 3 times a day, or as directed on the pack. Take it with food or after eating to protect your stomach. Swallow whole with a full glass of water. Do not take more than 3 capsules in 24 hours, and do not use for more than 3–5 days without seeing a doctor.

What if I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember — but if it's almost time for the next one, just skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses at once to make up for it.

What to watch out for

Buy only from licensed pharmacies — brands like Brustan Extra, Ibucap, Ibukuka, Tobez, or Vamacap Plus are commonly available in Nigeria, so look for trusted brands and check the expiry date. Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing drugs (like cold and flu medicines) as this can cause liver damage from overdose.
