This is a combination painkiller that contains two medicines, Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, that work together in different ways to reduce pain, fever, and swelling, giving you stronger relief than either one alone.
**Ibuprofen:** Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and thereby decreasing pain, fever, and inflammation. **Paracetamol:** Inhibits COX-3 enzyme and increases central serotonergic and descending noradrenergic pathways, reducing pain perception and lowering fever through hypothalamic action.

Since this drug is usually taken only when you have pain or fever, there is no strict schedule. If you are taking it regularly as advised by your doctor and you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and never take a double dose to make up for it.
Buy only from licensed pharmacies and avoid roadside vendors or open market sellers, as fake or expired drugs are common and can be very dangerous. Do not combine this with other Paracetamol-containing drugs like Panadol Extra, cold and flu medicines, or other painkillers, as overdose of Paracetamol can silently damage your liver. If your pain or fever does not improve after 3 to 5 days, see a doctor instead of continuing to self-medicate.
Avoid taking this with other painkillers like aspirin or diclofenac (Voltaren/Cataflam) as it increases the risk of stomach bleeding. Do not take extra Paracetamol (like Panadol or Emzor Paracetamol) alongside this drug because this combination already contains Paracetamol, and taking more can seriously damage your liver. Avoid drinking alcohol while using this medicine, as it increases the risk of stomach problems and liver damage.
