This is a combination painkiller that contains two medicines: aceclofenac (which reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation) and paracetamol (which reduces pain and fever). Together, they work better than either one alone to give you stronger relief.
Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis to decrease pain and inflammation, while paracetamol inhibits COX-3 in the central nervous system and modulates serotonergic pathways to provide additional analgesic and antipyretic effects.
