This is a combination painkiller that contains two medicines — aceclofenac (which reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation) and paracetamol (which reduces pain and fever). Together, they work better than either one alone to give you stronger relief.

Adults usually take 1 tablet two times a day (morning and evening). Always take it with food or just after eating to protect your stomach. Swallow with a full glass of water. Do not take more than 2 tablets in a day. Do not use it for more than a few days unless your doctor says so. Common brands in Nigeria include Aceclomax, Actinac Plus, Breclomol, and Ceflonac Forte.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember — but only if it is close to the time you would normally take it. If it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.
Buy only from licensed pharmacies — avoid roadside sellers or open market drugs, as fake versions are common in Nigeria. Do not combine this with other paracetamol-containing drugs (like cold and flu medicines) as too much paracetamol can damage your liver. This is for short-term pain relief — if your pain lasts more than a few days, see a doctor instead of continuing on your own.
Avoid taking with other painkillers like ibuprofen or diclofenac as this increases the risk of stomach bleeding. Do not take with blood-thinning drugs like warfarin without your doctor's approval. Avoid alcohol while using this drug — alcohol increases the risk of stomach damage and liver problems.
