If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Don't take double to make up for it.

Do not take more than the recommended dose thinking it will work faster, as too much calcium or vitamin D can be harmful. If you are already taking other multivitamins, check for overlap so you don't double up on nutrients.
Do not take this supplement at the same time as antibiotics like tetracycline or ciprofloxacin, as calcium can stop them from working properly. Leave at least 2 hours gap.
