If you forget to take your dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not double up to make up for a missed dose.

Do not take more than the recommended dose thinking it will work faster, as too much calcium can cause kidney stones.
Do not take this supplement at the same time as antibiotics like tetracycline or ciprofloxacin, as calcium can stop them from working properly, so space them at least 2 hours apart.
