This is a combination cream that contains three active ingredients: beclometasone (a steroid that reduces swelling and itching), clotrimazole (an antifungal that kills fungal infections), and gentamicin (an antibiotic that kills bacteria). Together, they treat skin infections that involve fungus, bacteria, and inflammation at the same time.
Inhibits fungal cell membrane ergosterol synthesis (clotrimazole), suppresses inflammatory mediator release via glucocorticoid receptor activation (beclometasone), and inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit (gentamicin), thereby addressing infection, inflammation, and pruritus in compromised skin.

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply extra cream to make up for the missed dose.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream for longer than your doctor prescribed, as using steroid creams too long can damage your skin permanently.
