This is a combination painkiller containing three active ingredients: aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid), paracetamol, and caffeine, which work together to relieve pain and reduce fever. Aspirin and paracetamol fight pain and fever from different angles, while caffeine boosts their effect and helps the body absorb them faster.
Inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes to reduce prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing pain and fever; paracetamol additionally acts on central pain pathways via serotonergic and cannabinoid mechanisms; caffeine enhances analgesic efficacy by blocking adenosine receptors and increasing central nervous system stimulation.

Since this drug is taken only when you have pain or fever, there is no strict dosing schedule. Simply take it when you need it, but do not double up or take extra tablets to make up for a missed one.
Do not use this as a daily long-term painkiller without a doctor's advice, as regular use can damage your stomach and liver. Buy only from licensed pharmacies and avoid roadside sellers, as fake drugs are common in Nigeria. Do not combine with other painkillers or cold medicines that already contain paracetamol, as overdose can quietly damage your liver.
