How to take this drug

For adults, the usual starting dose is 2-5 mg taken twice daily by mouth. Your doctor may gradually increase this to 15-20 mg per day depending on how you respond. Swallow the tablet with water — it can be taken with or without food. Always follow your doctor's exact instructions.

What if I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Never take two doses at once to make up for the one you missed.
