Trifluoperazine is a medication that works by balancing certain chemicals in the brain (especially dopamine) to help calm the mind, reduce confusion, and control unusual thoughts or behavior.
Blocks dopamine D2 receptors in the mesolimbic and mesocortical pathways of the brain, reducing psychotic symptoms and agitation. Also antagonizes alpha-adrenergic and muscarinic receptors, contributing to anxiolytic and sedative effects.
Mental illness (madness/psychosis), schizophrenia, severe anxiety that doesn't respond to other treatments, agitation, hearing voices or seeing things that are not there

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Never take two doses at once to make up for the one you missed.
Do not buy this drug without a proper prescription from a qualified doctor, as it is a strong psychiatric medication and must be monitored. Do not stop taking it suddenly on your own, as this can cause your symptoms to come back worse. Do not share this medication with others even if they seem to have similar symptoms, as what works for you may be dangerous for someone else.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking trifluoperazine as it can make drowsiness and dizziness much worse. Be careful if you are also taking medications for high blood pressure, as the combination can cause your blood pressure to drop dangerously low.
