This is a combination cough medicine that contains four active ingredients working together: Salbutamol opens up your airways to help you breathe easier, Bromhexine and Guaifenesin help break down and loosen thick phlegm so you can cough it out more easily, and Menthol gives a cooling, soothing feeling in your throat and chest.
Activates beta-2 adrenergic receptors on bronchial smooth muscle, causing bronchodilation and improved airflow, while bromhexine reduces sputum viscosity by breaking disulfide bonds in mucoproteins, and guaifenesin increases respiratory tract fluid secretion to facilitate mucus clearance; menthol provides local anesthetic and cooling effects on respiratory mucosa.

If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.
