This is a combination medicine that contains three active ingredients: Salbutamol opens up your airways to help you breathe easier, Bromhexine breaks down thick mucus in your chest so it becomes thinner and easier to cough out, and Guaifenesin helps loosen and bring up phlegm from your lungs.
Activates beta-2 adrenergic receptors on airway smooth muscle, causing bronchodilation and improved airflow, while bromhexine and guaifenesin reduce mucus viscosity by breaking disulfide bonds in mucopolysaccharides and increasing serous secretions, facilitating expectoration of airway secretions.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.
