This is a combination medicine containing four active ingredients that work together to relieve cough and breathing problems. Salbutamol opens up the airways in your lungs, Ambroxol and Guaifenesin help loosen and thin out thick mucus (phlegm) so you can cough it out more easily, and Menthol gives a soothing, cooling feeling in your throat and chest.
Activates β2-adrenergic receptors on bronchial smooth muscle, causing bronchodilation and airway relaxation, while ambroxol enhances mucociliary clearance by reducing sputum viscosity; guaifenesin increases respiratory tract fluid secretion to thin mucus, and menthol provides topical airway soothing through TRPM8 receptor activation.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.
