This is a combination medicine that contains four active ingredients working together: Paracetamol reduces fever and pain, Caffeine boosts the painkiller effect and keeps you alert, Pseudoephedrine clears blocked nose by shrinking swollen nasal passages, and Chlorpheniramine stops sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes by blocking histamine (the chemical your body releases during allergic reactions).
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis to decrease pain, fever, and inflammation; blocks H1 histamine receptors to reduce allergic symptoms and nasal congestion; activates α-adrenergic receptors to cause vasoconstriction and relieve nasal congestion; and inhibits phosphodiesterase enzymes, increasing CNS stimulation and promoting wakefulness.

Since this medicine is taken only when you have symptoms, there is no strict schedule. If you forget a dose, just take it when you remember, but do not double up to make up for a missed one. Always wait at least 4 hours between doses.

Do not take this with other cold and flu medicines at the same time to avoid dangerous double-dosing of paracetamol.
