This is a combination cold and flu medicine that contains four active ingredients working together: paracetamol reduces fever and pain, caffeine boosts the pain-relieving effect and helps you stay alert, phenylephrine unblocks your stuffy nose by shrinking swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, and chlorphenamine stops sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes by blocking the body's allergic response.
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes reducing prostaglandin synthesis to decrease pain, fever, and inflammation; blocks H1 histamine receptors to suppress allergic symptoms; activates α1-adrenergic receptors causing vasoconstriction of nasal blood vessels to relieve congestion; enhances CNS stimulation via adenosine receptor antagonism to improve alertness.

Since this medicine is taken only when you have symptoms, there is no strict schedule. If you forget a dose, simply take it when you remember, but do not double up to make up for a missed dose. Always wait at least 4 hours between doses.
