Ofloxacin/Ornidazole is a combination of two medicines — Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria, while Ornidazole fights infections caused by tiny organisms called parasites and anaerobic bacteria (germs that grow without oxygen). Together, they tackle mixed infections more effectively than either one alone.
