This is a combination medicine that contains three active ingredients: diclofenac sodium (a painkiller and anti-inflammatory), paracetamol (to reduce pain and fever), and chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant). Together, they work to relieve pain, reduce swelling, bring down fever, and relax stiff or tight muscles.
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes (diclofenac sodium) and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and nitric oxide pathways (paracetamol) to reduce pain and inflammation, while chlorzoxazone acts as a central nervous system depressant on the spinal cord and brainstem to produce muscle relaxation and reduce muscle spasm.
