Who is this for?

This is a topical pain relief oil that combines diclofenac (a painkiller and anti-inflammatory), with natural oils like peppermint, eucalyptus, turpentine, and methyl salicylate that produce a warming and cooling sensation to relieve pain in muscles and joints.

**Diclofenac** Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis to decrease pain and inflammation at the site of application. **Peppermint Oil** Activates TRPM8 cold-sensitive receptors on nerve endings, producing a cooling sensation that provides analgesic relief and reduces muscle tension. **Turpentine Oil** Stimulates local blood circulation and activates sensory nerve fibers, producing counter-irritant effects that distract from underlying pain and reduce inflammation. **Methyl Salicylate** Inhibits COX enzymes and increases local blood flow

Is Diclofenac; safe to take with another drug?

Apply a small amount of the oil to the painful area and gently massage it into the skin 2 to 3 times a day. Do not apply on broken skin, open wounds, or near the eyes or mouth. Wash your hands after use unless you are treating your hands.

Since this is applied when you feel pain, there is no strict dosing schedule. Simply apply it the next time you need relief. Do not apply double the amount to make up for a missed application.

Avoid using other topical pain relievers or medicated patches on the same area at the same time. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian weather can be very hot, so avoid leaving it in your car or near a window. Keep the bottle tightly closed and out of reach of children.
