This is a combination cream containing three active ingredients: clobetasol (a very strong steroid that reduces swelling, redness, and itching), ketoconazole (an antifungal that kills fungal infections), and neomycin (an antibiotic that kills bacteria). Together, they treat skin conditions where infection, fungus, and inflammation are all present at the same time.

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected skin area 2 times a day — morning and night. Gently rub it in until it disappears. Wash your hands before and after applying. Do not use it for more than 2 weeks unless your doctor specifically tells you to, because the clobetasol in it is a very strong steroid.
If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next application, just skip the missed one and continue your normal routine. Do not apply double the amount to make up for it.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream longer than 2 weeks without a doctor's supervision — long-term use of strong steroids can permanently damage your skin. Buy only from reputable pharmacies and look for known brands like 3-Xon Cream, Baseheal Cream, Fotax Cream, or Greenzoral Plus Cream. Do not share your cream with others even if they seem to have the same skin problem — their condition may need a different treatment.
Avoid using other steroid creams or medicated skin products on the same area at the same time, as this can increase side effects. If you are using any other antibiotic cream, let your doctor know to avoid antibiotic overload. Do not cover the area with tight bandages or nylon after applying unless your doctor says so, as this increases absorption of the steroid.
