This is a combination medicine containing clindamycin (an antibiotic that kills harmful bacteria) and clotrimazole (an antifungal that fights yeast/fungal infections). Together, they treat mixed vaginal infections caused by both bacteria and fungi at the same time.

For adults, insert one vaginal suppository, tablet, or capsule deep into the vagina at bedtime, usually once daily for 3 to 7 days depending on your doctor's instruction. Wash your hands before and after insertion. Lie down after inserting so the medicine stays in place. Complete the full course even if you feel better after a few days.
If you forget to insert a dose at bedtime, insert it as soon as you remember. If it is already close to the next night's dose, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule. Do not use two doses at once.
