This is a combination medicine containing chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant) and paracetamol (a painkiller). Chlorzoxazone works by calming tense muscles in your body, while paracetamol reduces pain and fever, so together they relieve muscle pain and stiffness.

Adults usually take 1 tablet three times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). You can take it with or without food, but taking it with a little food can reduce stomach upset. Do not take more than 3 tablets in a day unless your doctor says so. Swallow with a full glass of water.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not take two tablets at once to make up for the missed dose.
Do not combine this with other paracetamol products (like Panadol, Boska, or cold medicines) — too much paracetamol can seriously damage your liver. This medicine can make you drowsy, so avoid driving okada, operating machines, or doing anything requiring sharp focus after taking it. Buy only from registered pharmacies — known in Nigeria as Myospaz — and avoid buying loose tablets from roadside sellers.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine — both chlorzoxazone and paracetamol can harm your liver, and alcohol makes this worse. Be careful if you are already taking other paracetamol-containing medicines like Panadol or cold relief tablets, as you can easily overdose on paracetamol. Sedatives or sleeping pills can increase the drowsiness caused by this drug.
