This is a combination medicine that contains three active ingredients working together: Bromhexine thins and loosens thick mucus in your chest, Guaifenesin helps you cough out that loosened mucus more easily, and Pseudoephedrine unblocks your stuffy nose by shrinking swollen blood vessels in your nasal passages.
Bromhexine breaks down mucopolysaccharide chains in sputum to reduce viscosity, guaifenesin enhances airway secretions to facilitate mucociliary clearance, and pseudoephedrine stimulates α-adrenergic receptors on nasal blood vessels to cause vasoconstriction, thereby relieving nasal and sinus congestion.

If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Don't double up to make up for the one you missed.
