Take one 100 mg tablet twice a day — one in the morning and one in the evening. Always take it with food or just after eating to protect your stomach. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not take more than 200 mg in one day unless your doctor says so.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember — but only if it's not too close to your next dose. If it's almost time for the next one, just skip the missed dose and continue as normal. Never take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.

Do not use this drug for long periods without a doctor's supervision as it can damage your stomach and kidneys.
