This is applied on the skin, not swallowed. Clean and dry the affected area, then apply a thin layer of zinc oxide cream (like Freshborn Zinc Oxide Cream or Zinc Oxide 15.2% Cream) gently over the area. You can apply it 2 to 4 times daily or as needed, especially after bathing or changing nappies.
Since zinc oxide cream is used as needed, there is no strict dosing schedule to miss. Simply apply it the next time you remember or the next time the skin needs protection.
