This is a combination cream containing three active ingredients: triamcinolone (a steroid that reduces swelling, redness, and itching), econazole (an antifungal that kills fungal infections), and gentamicin (an antibiotic that kills bacteria). Together, they treat skin conditions that involve infection, fungus, and inflammation at the same time.

Clean and dry the affected area first. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected skin 2 to 3 times daily, usually morning and night. Gently rub it in. Do not cover with a bandage unless your doctor tells you to. Most treatments last 2 to 4 weeks — do not use for longer than your doctor recommends.
If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule. Do not apply double the amount to make up for a missed dose.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream longer than prescribed — using steroid creams for too long can permanently damage your skin, causing thinning and stretch marks. Buy only from reputable pharmacies and avoid roadside or market sellers, as fake skin creams are common in Nigeria. Do not share this cream with others even if they have a similar-looking rash, as different skin conditions need different treatments.
Avoid using other steroid creams or medicated skin products on the same area at the same time, as this can increase side effects. Do not apply cosmetic bleaching creams alongside this product, as many Nigerian skin-lightening creams already contain steroids and mixing them can seriously damage your skin. If you are taking any oral steroid medication, let your doctor know.
