Who is this for?

This is a combination of three B vitamins — Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), and Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) — that work together to support your nerves, help your body produce energy from food, and keep your blood healthy.

Replenishes essential B-complex cofactors (thiamine pyrophosphate, pyridoxal phosphate, and methylcobalamin) required for cellular energy metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and myelin formation, thereby restoring nerve function and correcting nutritional deficiencies. Activates critical enzymatic pathways in carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism, and erythropoiesis, alleviating symptoms of peripheral neuropathy, weakness, and anaemia.

Is Thiamine safe to take with another drug?

Adults usually take 1 tablet once or twice daily, or as your doctor or pharmacist advises. You can take it with or without food, but taking it with food may reduce stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Don't take two tablets at once to make up for it.

Levodopa (used for Parkinson's disease) — Vitamin B6 can reduce its effectiveness. Some antibiotics and anti-seizure drugs may lower your B vitamin levels, so inform your doctor about all medications you are taking. Alcohol reduces your body's ability to absorb B vitamins, so limit alcohol intake.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian weather can be very hot, so avoid leaving it in your car or near a window. Keep the container tightly closed and out of reach of children.
