Who is this for?

This is a combination drug containing Tadalafil and Dapoxetine — Tadalafil helps increase blood flow to the penis to achieve and maintain an erection, while Dapoxetine helps delay ejaculation so you can last longer during sex.

Inhibits phosphodiesterase-5 enzyme in corpus cavernosum, increasing cGMP levels and promoting penile smooth muscle relaxation and vasodilation for erectile function; concurrently inhibits serotonin reuptake in the central nervous system, increasing synaptic serotonin concentration to delay ejaculation.

Is Tadalafil; safe to take with another drug?

Take one tablet (usually 20 mg Tadalafil/30 mg Dapoxetine) by mouth with a full glass of water, about 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. You can take it with or without food, but avoid heavy or fatty meals as they may slow the effect. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Common brands in Nigeria include Senegra Tablet, Sengra Forte, and Tadalis Plus.

This drug is not taken on a daily schedule — you only take it when you plan to have sex. So there is no missed dose to worry about. Just never take two tablets to make up for anything.

• facial flushing (your face may feel warm or look red)

Do NOT take with nitrate drugs used for chest pain or heart problems (like isosorbide or nitroglycerin) as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. Avoid drinking alcohol as it increases the risk of dizziness, fainting, and low blood pressure. Do not combine with other drugs for erection problems like Sildenafil (Viagra) or blood pressure medications without your doctor's approval.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian weather can be very hot, so don't leave it in your car or near a window. Keep it in its original packaging and far away from children.
