PDE5 Inhibitor and Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor (SSRI) for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation treatment
Last reviewed July 2026
Who is this for?
This is a combination drug containing Sildenafil and Dapoxetine. Sildenafil helps increase blood flow to the penis to achieve and maintain a strong erection, while Dapoxetine helps delay ejaculation so you can last longer during sex.
Inhibits phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) enzyme in corpus cavernosum, increasing cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels and promoting penile smooth muscle relaxation and vasodilation for erectile function; dapoxetine inhibits serotonin reuptake at presynaptic neurons, increasing synaptic serotonin concentration and delaying ejaculatory reflex.
Erectile dysfunction (weak erection), premature ejaculation (quick release during sex)

Buy only from reputable pharmacies. Brands like Erexin Tablet are registered, but many fake sex enhancement drugs are sold on the streets and online in Nigeria that can be very dangerous. Do not combine this drug with local herbal mixtures or 'man power' drinks as the interaction can be life-threatening. This is a prescription medicine, so see a doctor first to confirm it is safe for you, especially if you have high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart issues.
Do NOT take this drug with nitrate medicines used for chest pain or heart problems (like isosorbide or nitroglycerin) because the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
