This is a combination medicine that contains two bronchodilators, Salbutamol and Theophylline, which work together to relax and open up the airways in your lungs, making it easier to breathe.
Activates beta-2 adrenergic receptors in bronchial smooth muscle, causing relaxation and bronchodilation, while inhibiting phosphodiesterase enzymes to increase intracellular cAMP levels, further promoting airway smooth muscle relaxation and reducing airway obstruction.
