This is a combination drug containing Rabeprazole (which reduces the amount of acid your stomach produces) and Domperidone (which helps food move faster through your stomach and stops nausea and vomiting). Together, they tackle stomach acid problems and the discomfort that comes with them.
Inhibits the H+/K+-ATPase proton pump in gastric parietal cells, suppressing gastric acid secretion, while domperidone blocks dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and enhances antral contractions, improving gastric motility and accelerating gastric emptying.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take two capsules at once to make up for the missed dose.
