Who is this for?
This is a combination tablet containing three medicines — Olmesartan, Hydrochlorothiazide, and Amlodipine — that work together to lower high blood pressure. Olmesartan relaxes blood vessels, Hydrochlorothiazide helps your kidneys flush out extra water and salt, and Amlodipine relaxes the walls of your blood vessels so blood flows more easily.
Blocks angiotensin II AT1 receptors (olmesartan medoxomil), inhibits sodium reabsorption in the distal convoluted tubule via thiazide diuretic action (hydrochlorothiazide), and blocks L-type calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle (amlodipine), thereby reducing peripheral vascular resistance and blood pressure through complementary mechanisms.

Take one tablet once a day, at the same time each day. You can take it with or without food. Swallow whole with a glass of water — do not crush or chew. Your doctor will decide the right strength for you based on how well your blood pressure is controlled.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not take two tablets at once to make up for a missed dose.
Do not stop taking this medicine on your own because you feel fine — high blood pressure often has no symptoms but can cause stroke or heart attack if untreated. Always buy from a licensed pharmacy and check the expiry date, not from roadside vendors or market sellers. Do not share this medicine with anyone else, even if they also have high blood pressure — the combination and dose may not be right for them.
Avoid taking with other blood pressure medicines or potassium supplements without your doctor's knowledge, as it can cause your blood pressure or potassium levels to go dangerously low or high. NSAIDs (painkillers like ibuprofen and diclofenac) can reduce how well this medicine works and may harm your kidneys. Limit alcohol as it can worsen dizziness and further lower your blood pressure.
