This is an antacid medicine that combines several ingredients — magnesium trisilicate, light magnesium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, and aluminium magnesium silicate — which work together to neutralize excess stomach acid and coat the stomach lining to relieve discomfort.
Neutralizes gastric acid through chemical buffering by binding hydrogen ions and raising gastric pH, thereby reducing acid-related irritation of the gastric mucosa. Magnesium trisilicate and aluminium magnesium silicate additionally form a protective gel layer on the stomach lining, while sodium bicarbonate provides rapid acid neutralization through direct reaction with hydrochloric acid.

For adults, take 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls (5–10 ml) of the suspension between meals and at bedtime, or as directed on the pack. Shake the bottle well before use. You can take it when you feel heartburn or stomach discomfort — you do not need to take it with food.
Since this medicine is usually taken only when you have stomach discomfort, there is no strict dosing schedule. Simply take it the next time you feel symptoms — do not double up.
Do not use this antacid continuously for more than 2 weeks without seeing a doctor — persistent stomach pain could be a sign of something more serious.
