The usual dose is 8mg (one tablet) taken twice daily, morning and evening. Take it with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Do not take more than 16mg (two tablets) in a day. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule. Do not take two doses at once to make up.
