Who is this for?
This is a combination drug containing loratadine (an antihistamine that stops allergic reactions) and pseudoephedrine (a decongestant that opens up blocked nasal passages). Together, they relieve allergy symptoms and clear stuffy nose without making you too sleepy.
Blocks H1 histamine receptors to suppress allergic symptoms including rhinitis and conjunctivitis, while pseudoephedrine stimulates alpha-1 adrenergic receptors on nasal blood vessels causing vasoconstriction and reducing mucosal congestion.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take two doses at once to make up for it.
Buy only from licensed pharmacies, and do not purchase from roadside sellers or open markets, as fake drugs are common in Nigeria. Do not use this drug for more than 7–10 days without seeing a doctor. If you have high blood pressure, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, as the pseudoephedrine in this drug can raise your blood pressure.
Do not take with other cold or allergy medicines that contain pseudoephedrine or similar decongestants as this can cause dangerous blood pressure spikes. Avoid taking with MAO inhibitor drugs (some drugs used for depression). Alcohol can increase dizziness and drowsiness, so it is best to avoid drinking while using this medicine.
