How do you take Hypromellose?

Put 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye(s) 3 to 4 times a day, or as often as needed when your eyes feel dry. Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid to make a small pocket, and drop the liquid in. Blink gently a few times to spread it around. You do not need to take it with food since it goes into the eye, not the mouth.
