Who is this for?
This is a combination eye drop that contains two active ingredients: fluorometholone (a mild steroid that reduces swelling and redness) and tetryzoline (a decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the eye to relieve redness). Together, they calm irritated, red, and inflamed eyes.
Inhibits inflammatory mediator release by binding to glucocorticoid receptors in ocular tissues, suppressing prostaglandin and leukotriene synthesis; simultaneously blocks alpha-adrenergic receptors, causing vasoconstriction of conjunctival blood vessels to reduce redness and ocular congestion.

If you miss a dose, apply the drop as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not double up drops to make up for it.
Do not use this eye drop longer than 2 weeks without a doctor's supervision, as long-term steroid use in the eye can cause serious problems like glaucoma or cataracts. Buy only from reputable pharmacies and look for known Nigerian brands like AFM-T Ophthalmic Suspension or Fluomoline Eye Drops, and avoid unregistered products from roadside sellers. Do not share your eye drops with anyone, as this can spread eye infections.
If you are using other eye drops or ointments, wait at least 5 to 10 minutes between each one so they don't wash each other out. Avoid using with other steroid eye drops unless your doctor specifically combines them. Let your doctor know if you are taking any medication for glaucoma (high eye pressure).
