This is a combination drug containing three active ingredients: diclofenac potassium (a painkiller that reduces pain and swelling), paracetamol (a common pain and fever reliever), and methocarbamol (a muscle relaxant that eases muscle stiffness and spasms). Together, they work to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and relax tight muscles.
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes (diclofenac potassium) and inhibits prostaglandin synthesis via COX inhibition (paracetamol), reducing pain and inflammation; while methocarbamol depresses polysynaptic reflex arcs in the spinal cord, relieving muscle spasms and associated musculoskeletal pain.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but only if it is not too close to your next dose. If your next dose is almost due, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Never take two tablets at once to make up for it.
