This is a combination tablet containing three active ingredients: diclofenac potassium (a painkiller and anti-inflammatory), paracetamol (for pain and fever), and chlorzoxazone (a muscle relaxant) that work together to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and relax stiff or tight muscles.
Inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes (diclofenac potassium) and cyclooxygenase pathways (paracetamol) to reduce prostaglandin synthesis, thereby decreasing pain and inflammation, while chlorzoxazone acts as a central nervous system depressant to relax skeletal muscles and relieve muscle spasm.
