Who is this for?
This is a combination cough and cold medicine that works in four ways: it calms your cough, loosens thick mucus so you can cough it out easier, dries up a runny nose and sneezing, and helps thin out phlegm in your chest.
Inhibits cough reflex by suppressing the cough center in the medulla oblongata; increases respiratory tract fluid secretion and reduces sputum viscosity to facilitate mucus clearance; blocks H1 histamine receptors to reduce nasal congestion, sneezing, and allergic responses; and provides mucolytic action through ammonium chloride to thin secretions.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's almost time for your next dose, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Don't take a double dose to make up for it.
This medicine will likely make you sleepy, so do not drive or operate machines after taking it. Always buy from a reputable pharmacy and avoid buying cough syrups from roadside sellers or open markets as they may be fake or expired. If your cough lasts more than 7 days or you start coughing blood, see a doctor immediately.
Do not take this with alcohol as it will make you extremely drowsy and can be dangerous. Avoid using it together with other cough and cold medicines as you may accidentally double up on the same ingredients.
