Everdestiny Clotrimazole 10 mg & Gentamicin Sulphate 1 mg Cream (strength format)

Who is this for?

This is a combination cream that contains two active ingredients — Clotrimazole (an antifungal) and Gentamicin (an antibiotic). Clotrimazole kills fungus and yeast on the skin, while Gentamicin fights bacteria, so together they treat skin infections that involve both fungus and bacteria.

Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis by binding to lanosterol 14α-demethylase (CYP51), while gentamicin disrupts bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, together providing broad-spectrum coverage against polymicrobial skin infections.

Is Clotrimazole; safe to take with another drug?

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area of skin 2 to 3 times daily. Gently rub it in until it disappears. Wash and dry the area before applying. Continue using it for the full duration your doctor or pharmacist recommends, even if the skin starts looking better — stopping too early can bring the infection back.

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply double the amount to make up for it.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat — Nigerian weather can be very hot, so avoid leaving it in cars or near windows. Keep the tube tightly closed after use. Always keep out of the reach of children.
