This is a combination cream that contains three active ingredients: clotrimazole (an antifungal that kills fungus), clobetasol (a very strong steroid that reduces swelling, itching, and redness), and neomycin (an antibiotic that fights bacteria). Together, they treat skin infections that involve fungus, bacteria, and inflammation at the same time.
Inhibits fungal ergosterol synthesis by disrupting lanosterol demethylation, while binding glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory responses and immune activation; neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding the 30S ribosomal subunit, reducing microbial load in infected skin lesions.

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next application, just skip the missed one and continue your normal routine. Do not apply double the amount to make up for the missed dose.
Important for antibiotics
Always complete the full course even if you feel better. Stopping early can cause the infection to return and become drug-resistant.
Do not use this cream for longer than 2 weeks without a doctor's supervision, as the strong steroid can permanently damage your skin, causing it to become thin and discolored. Buy only from trusted pharmacies and look for known brands like Amazabact-T Cream, Fixta Cream, or Santibact-A Cream, and avoid buying from roadside sellers or unregistered shops. Do not share your cream with others even if they have a similar skin problem, as their condition may need a different treatment.
Do not apply other creams or lotions on the same area at the same time without asking your pharmacist. Avoid using other steroid creams alongside this one as it can increase the risk of skin damage. If you are using any ear drops containing aminoglycoside antibiotics like gentamicin, let your doctor know since neomycin is in the same family.
