Who is this for?
This is a combination vaginal suppository (insert) containing three active ingredients: Clindamycin (an antibiotic that kills harmful bacteria), Clotrimazole (an antifungal that fights yeast/fungal infections), and Tinidazole (which fights certain bacteria and parasites). Together, they treat mixed vaginal infections.
Inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit (clindamycin), disrupts fungal cell membrane ergosterol synthesis (clotrimazole), and inhibits protozoal DNA synthesis by disrupting microtubule function (tinidazole), collectively eliminating polymicrobial vaginal infections.

If you miss a dose at bedtime, insert it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule. Do not use two suppositories at the same time to make up for the missed dose.

Buy only from licensed pharmacies and check the expiry date; do not buy from roadside sellers, as suppositories that have melted and re-solidified may not work properly.
Avoid drinking alcohol while using this medicine and for at least 3 days after finishing, because Tinidazole can cause serious nausea, vomiting, and cramps when mixed with alcohol. If you are using other vaginal creams or inserts, space them apart or ask your pharmacist. Clindamycin may reduce the effectiveness of latex condoms and diaphragms, so use alternative protection during treatment.
