Cetirizine

1. 1.Take one 10mg tablet once a day, with or without food.
2. 2.You can take it in the morning or at night, but since it can make some people feel sleepy, many people prefer to take it at bedtime.

If you forget to take your dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not take two doses at once to make up for it.
