This is a combination antacid medicine containing bismuth carbonate, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, and magnesium carbonate that works by neutralizing excess stomach acid to relieve heartburn and indigestion.
Neutralizes gastric acid through direct chemical reaction with hydrochloric acid, forming water and neutral salts that increase gastric pH and relieve symptoms of hyperacidity. Additionally provides a protective coating over the gastric mucosa, reducing irritation from acid and mechanical stress.

Since this medicine is usually taken only when you have stomach discomfort and not on a fixed schedule, there is no real missed dose. Simply take it the next time you feel symptoms, but do not double up.
Do not use this as a long-term solution for stomach pain: if your symptoms last more than 2 weeks, see a doctor as it could be a sign of ulcer or something more serious.
