Who is this for?
This is a combination cream that contains two active ingredients: betamethasone (a steroid that reduces swelling, redness, and itching) and clotrimazole (an antifungal that kills the fungus causing the infection). Together, they treat skin infections while calming the irritation.
Inhibits fungal cell membrane ergosterol synthesis through lanosterol 14α-demethylase inhibition (clotrimazole), while betamethasone binds glucocorticoid receptors to suppress inflammatory cytokines and immune-mediated pruritus and erythema associated with dermatophytic infections.
Fungal skin infections with swelling and itching, ringworm (lapalapa), jock itch (itching around the groin area), athlete's foot, stubborn rashes caused by fungal infection

If you forget to apply the cream, apply it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next application, just skip the missed one and continue as normal. Do not apply double the amount to make up for it.
Avoid using other steroid creams or skin products on the same area at the same time as this can increase side effects. Do not mix with skin-lightening creams that already contain steroids, as this is very common in Nigeria and can cause serious skin damage. If you are using any other medicated cream, space out the applications or ask your pharmacist.
