How to take this drug

For general supplementation, take 1 tablet (100–500 mg) once or twice daily. For Vitamin C deficiency, your doctor may recommend up to 1000 mg daily. You can take it with or without food, but taking it with food helps reduce stomach upset. What if I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose, just take it when you remember. If it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal. No need to double up.

What to watch out for

Buy from reputable pharmacies and check the NAFDAC number — avoid buying from roadside sellers or open markets where storage conditions are poor. Do not take mega-doses thinking more is better — your body only needs a certain amount and the rest is wasted or can cause side effects.
